LR Catalyst Coaching & Mentoring is dedicated to helping individuals and small groups reach their full potential through personalised coaching sessions. Our focus is on developing young footballers to be the best they can be, and while player development is at the forefront of what we do, we also give equal weight to Coach Development.
Services
1-2-1 Coaching & Mentoring
LR Catalyst Coaching & Mentoring provides bespoke 1-2-1 Coaching Sessions for Post 16 players involved in Football Programmes, or Professional & Semi Professional Players. All sessions are delivered Lee Rostron, who holds a FA UEFA A Licence & FA Advanced Youth Award, along with a BSc (Honours) Sport, Fitness and Coaching. We also provide Coach Development through 1-2-1 support and coach CPD Sessions
12-16yrs Phase Sessions
As players transition to secondary school, they enter the Precision Kicks phase. Position-Specific Coaching sessions are tailored to refine the skills and tactical understanding required for their specific roles within a team unit. This again is delivered through 1-2-1 Coaching Sessions and Small Group Sessions
5-11yrs Phases Sessions
Children in primary school will further refine their FUNdamental Movement Skills (FMS), including Agility, Balance, Coordination & Speed. This stage focuses on mastering the brilliant basics, with a strong emphasis on individual possession skills through 1-2-1 Coaching & Small Group Sessions.
