Our focus is on developing young footballers to be the best they can be, and while player development is at the forefront of what we do, we also give equal weight to Coach Development.

1-2-1 Coaching & Mentoring
LR Catalyst Coaching & Mentoring provides bespoke 1-2-1 Coaching Sessions delivered by Lee Rostron, who holds a FA UEFA A Licence & FA Advanced Youth Award, along with a BSc (Honours) Sport, Fitness and Coaching. We also provide coach development through 1-2-1 support and coach CPD Sessions
Unit Specific Groups
Precision Kicks for secondary school children now starts to look at being part of a unit and developing players around the technical and tactical outcomes of what it takes to be a modern Defender, Midfielder, or Forward through small, bespoke group sessions.
Development Phases Sessions
Targeted age-appropriate sessions for effective progress through the development phases from nursery children to the end of primary school, where sessions start to become tailored towards the player they will eventually become.
